Dandelion Donuts
Have you ever had a dandelion donut? Technically, it's just a batter-dipped deep-fried dandelion flower that's been rolled in cinnamon-sugar. But, they are delicious, and it's fun to call them "donuts!"
Learn to make dandelion donuts. We'll gather some fresh dandelion flowers, dip them in batter, fry 'em up over an open fire or the rocket stove, roll in sugar, and enjoy! This class is only available during summer, when dandelion flowers are prevalent, on sunny days.
